Today we kicked off with a lunch in middle east style, this means all dishes were prepared in this theme.
The afternoon break was a mix of Asian and Middle Eastern snacks. I can't wait for the power break, this will be fun!
Tonight we will serve an Asian dinner with several sushi stations, Asian salads, a Peking duck station, Dim Sums, Malay saté station, wok station and pass around dishes. Enjoy!

As of last week we are busy to make our mise & place for the Mövenpick GM'conference what you all will know start today at the 28th of November 2011.
